CLAYTON NOLTE, COFOUNDER AND CHAIRMAN OF ULTIMATE WATER, INC.

Clayton worked for forty years in the military and as a consultant in Research and Development.  Clayton’s assignments included developing new technologies that emulate nature and reengineering existing electronic devices for easy operation in the modern era.  

During Clayton’s research, natures own structured water became a unique recurring phenomenon of appearing where no water should. With an innate desire to emulate this for more in-depth studies in remote locations and labs, Clayton delved into the inner World of water. 

In those times and since, Clayton has discovered innovative technologies, fabricated several devices and proved the science.  Clayton’s life experience is in infinite possibilities. With his experience, accompanied by a group of specially gifted individuals and gifted passionate students, he will help to form an alliance of discovery and together cross the bridge into the new paradigm for the future of water.

Charles Betterton has been helping individuals, organizations and communities discover and manifest more of their ultimate destiny for over forty years by fostering personal, organizational and community development, empowerment, transformation and capacity building. He has a Masters in Community Economic Development (CED) from Southern New Hampshire University. Charles is also certified as an Economic Development Finance Professional by the National Development Council.

Charles has over forty years of management experience in government, community development, community economic development, business and nonprofit organizations including twelve years with HUD (U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development) three years as Executive Director of Community and Economic Development for the City of Kankakee, Illinois, ten years as Executive Director of nonprofit organizations involved in personal, spiritual, organizational and community development and over ten years creating, leading and managing cause-oriented companies.

Charles has provided training and consulting services to companies, chambers of commerce, non-profit organizations, churches and communities. He has produced major events for personal, professional and community development for up to 1,800 people featuring world class trainers such as Dr. Norman Vincent Peale, Jim Rohn, Les Brown, Mark Victor Hansen, Bonnie St. John, Brian Tracy and others. Charles has founded or co-founded dozens of non-profit organizations involved in personal, organizational and community development and empowerment.  He has also founded several companies focused on development and empowerment including: EAGLES (Empowerment, Achievement, Growth, Leadership, Enlightenment and Success); Universal Empowerment, Inc.; Wisdom, Wealth, Wellness, Inc.; the Sedona Imagination Center, Inc.; Ultimate Destiny.

Charles is currently launching Ultimate Destiny Network, Inc. a marketing and distribution company he co-founded to provide expanded access to resources for personal, professional and community development and spiritual enlightenment. The initial product line includes a series of books designed to help individuals, companies, non-profit organizations, churches and communities discover and manifest their ultimate destiny. As some have noted, it is costly to obtain patents, provide international manufacturing and distribution.  Frankly, the primary reason Clayton has agreed with his advisors to obtain patents is to make sure no one else could preclude his ability to donate as many of them as possible.

I’ve known Clay for about 16 years and our first Structured Water Units were the size of a 40 gallon drum.  The newer units are much more compact and efficient and come in all sizes from Shower, under the sink, whole house of different sizes and Commercial units. These units raise the Bio-Photon level of water beyond the wildest imagination of the scientific community. These levels of Bio-photons in water raise the nutrient energy index of grains, fruits and vegetables from 600 to 1200% and increase bio-mass of crop yield 20 to 40+%. The health effects on animals and humans are equally dramatic but require millions of dollars to evaluate and certify.   

Clayton’s Home and Commercial Units process 1000’s of gallons per hour of on-demand naturally energized perfection which compares to the natural energetic hydrology of 10 miles of a fast moving mountain stream condensed into every gallon of water that flows through our units.  The confusion on Old -vs.- New pricing does reflect the need to fund a distribution network capable of providing these miraculous little units worldwide. I live in a personal world where the best things in life are free. As the VP Mfg. of Ultimate Water Inc. and Clay’s right hand man, I would work for free. I personally collect a grand for 40 hrs. a week. I donate the balance of the 125 hours a week I spend loving this product into the market and I do this 7 days a week, week in week out.
